There are many ways to explain well-being and wellness. Essentially, it is an intentionally planned design to nurture your physical, mental, intellectual, and spiritual aspects. In the pursuit of well-being, we seek a balance between self and our connection to the world of things and beings.
How do we as well beings move in life and the world? In action, we strive to be enthusiastic and dynamic. In the mind, we seek balance and stability, and we aim for clarity of thought. Living spiritually means that we move through the world with purpose and in peace.
For most of us, relationship well-being requires healing and learning how to navigate connection, disconnection and reconnection with self and others. But, how? There are so many books, courses and seminars. Where do we even start?
That is why The Well-Beings Practice seeks to offer researched, integrative holistic relationship wellbeing services.
Holistic Self & Family Consulting
Based on the eternal, universal and non-secular philosophy of Vedanta and Conscious Parenting principles the Well-Beings Practice supports individuals, parents, and families by facilitating healing, harmony and connection in personal and interpersonal relationships.
Yoga & Breathing Techniques
There is plenty of scientific research on the wellness benefits of yoga and breathwork. At the level of the body, we use yoga and its tools in a non-religious way to bring awareness within; starting the process of healing, engendering feelings of safety and peace and creating a healthy relationship with self. I teach breathing techniques to calm the nervous system.
